About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Officer to join our team in Thailand. The ideal candidate will manage English language course materials, particularly for our IELTS program, while providing academic support to students and helping to enhance our educational offerings.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday; 9 AM - 6 PM
• Location: 1, 3, 5, 7 Ratchadaphisek Rd, Din Daeng, Bangkok 10400, Thailand

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain academic materials for English language courses, with a focus on IELTS programs currently offered in Thailand.
• Update and improve course materials based on student feedback and educational best practices.
• Respond to students' academic inquiries and provide scholarly guidance.
• Oversee the assessment system, including assignment grading and feedback processes.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high-quality educational delivery.
• Monitor student progress and implement improvements to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Thai nationality required
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, TESOL, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic management or teaching English as a foreign language
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an E-learning environment.
• Strong knowledge of IELTS exam structure and requirements
• Achieved IELTS 8.0 or IELTS 8.5
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Cultural understanding of both Thai and international educational environments
