You should have:

• Native-level English proficiency
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field
• Recognized teaching certification (PGCE, B.Ed, TEFL, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
• A student-centered mindset and a collaborative spirit
