With its initial foundation as the Pioneer Education Company founded by Ms. Trần Thị Bích Thủy, after many years of operation, Blue Galaxy English Center has now opened several English training centers throughout the province, aimed at bringing English to all regions and those facing difficulties. To date, Blue Galaxy English Center has four English teaching facilities. In Hà Tĩnh city, there are facilities: 58 Phan Đình Phùng Street and 368 Quang Trung Street, Thạch Hạ Commune; 59 Lý Tự Trọng Street, Thạch Hà Town, Thạch Hà District; 3/2 Street, Sông Trí Ward, Kỳ Anh Town; and Kỳ Tiến Commune, Kỳ Anh District. The center directly involves foreign teachers and formally trained Vietnamese teachers with solid expertise, working professionally and dedicatedly, providing students with a dynamic and effective language teaching and learning environment. Currently, Blue Galaxy English Center is one of the most reputable English centers in Hà Tĩnh, with a team of enthusiastic and devoted teachers, including native teachers who directly teach and train listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
