Little Coconuts Daycare in Surat Thani is seeking a qualified Nursery Licence Holder with teaching experience. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of at least ฿50,000 per month. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about early childhood education and is eager to contribute to children's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and implement educational programs that align with regulatory standards, focusing on age-appropriate and play-based learning activities to engage children's curiosity and creativity.
- Childcare Management: Supervise daily nursery operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment while maintaining compliance with early childhood education regulations.
- Teaching and Educating: Provide direct instruction using diverse teaching strategies to meet various learning styles, assess children's progress, and adjust teaching methods as needed.
- Communication and Collaboration: Keep open lines of communication with parents about their child's development and work collaboratively with staff to foster a cohesive educational environment.
- Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines, conduct regular safety checks, and maintain a clean learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Valid nursery license and teaching qualifications.
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
