Lertlah School in Bangkok is seeking passionate and experienced Kindergarten and Primary Teachers to join our academic team. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teaching teams to plan engaging, age-appropriate lessons

• Develop and implement lesson plans and assessments aligned with curriculum objectives

• Set learning goals and monitor individual student progress

• Utilize diverse teaching resources and classroom activities

• Conduct timely formal and informal student assessments

• Maintain a respectful, well-organized classroom environment

• Create supplementary teaching materials to enhance learning outcomes

• Participate actively in school events and community activities

• Follow and support school-wide policies and professional standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Education, Teaching, or related fields preferred)

• Experience working with kindergarten or primary students

• Native or near-native English proficiency with strong spoken and written communication

• Patient, compassionate, and student-centered teaching approach

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Effective time management and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and classroom technology tools

Salary & Benefits

• Minimum salary: 40,000 THB per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
