Position: Part-time ESL Teacher (Primary)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: Flexible, typically between 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (dense schedule)
Priority: Candidates currently living in Hanoi

Job Overview
Alpha School is seeking a dedicated part-time ESL Teacher for the Primary level. The teacher will deliver the school’s English program and work closely with the academic team to ensure high-quality instruction.

Teaching Load

• Primary: 30–34 periods per week (approximately 75–78 teaching hours per month)

• Travel allowance: 50,000 VND/day for teachers living 13 km or more from the school

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: 591,330 VND/hour
  • Primary: 45–48 million VND/month (estimated)
  • Secondary (if assigned): 47–49 million VND/month (estimated)

• Salary payment on the 10th of the following month

• 30% financial support for work permit and TRC processing

• Full assistance with all documentation procedures

Requirements

• Experience teaching Primary and/or Secondary students

• Experience working at English centers or evening schools is an advantage

• English teaching certificates such as CEFR, TESOL, etc.

• Native English speaker from the US, UK, Australia, South Africa, Ireland, or similar countries
