Ratchut School, one of the pioneering Montessori schools in Northeast Thailand, is seeking a passionate, talented, and dedicated Elementary Montessori Trained Guide. We offer Montessori classes for Nido/Toddler, Casa, and Elementary levels in a peaceful and inspiring environment. Join our team to experience Thai culture and the excitement of working in Thailand.

Position: Head of School

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

• AMI/AMS Montessori diploma, Montessori classroom experience, and teacher certification.

• 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development in Montessori education.

• Willingness to undergo further training as needed.
