JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Advising on Online English Learning Programs for Children and Adults

1. Consulting with Parents via Phone or Online Channels:

- Provide detailed information on training methods, program benefits, and unique features.

- Provide information on curriculum options, placement tests, and outline learning pathways.

- Advise parents on training goals and ensure transparency regarding commitments.

- Persuade parents to enroll in or renew program registrations.

- Prepare and process training contracts upon request.

2. Collaborating with Internal Teams to Ensure Learning Success:

- Work closely with the Academic and Operations teams to promptly and effectively address learner needs.

- Collect and communicate feedback from learners to improve program quality.

WORKING HOURS & LOCATIONS

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM).

Locations: Remote

Vietnam Office: 5th Floor, Bcons Tower, 176/1-3 Nguyen Van Thuong, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Competitive base salary plus commission (6-10% per order), with total income ranging from 25,000,000 to 40,000,000 VND per month.

REQUIREMENTS

- Fluency in Lao (proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

- We are hiring candidates from Laos who are proficient in one of the following languages: Thai, English, or Vietnamese.

- Clear and professional communication skills (no speech impediments such as lisping or stuttering).

- Confident, dynamic, creative, and proactive approach to work.

- Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-pressure environment.

- At least one year of experience in telesales, preferably in education, insurance, or banking sectors.

- Candidates with experience in educational consulting or e-commerce are highly preferred.
