Key responsibilities

The School Manager reports to the Managing Director (“MD”) and the Director of Education (“DoE”). The School Manager is responsible and accountable for all aspects of our Tay Ho campus – Sky International Preschool.

• Be an inspirational leader and team manager, with up to date knowledge on early years education.
• Be responsible for the overall growth and development of the Tay Ho Campus as well as the day-to-day management and positive promotion and marketing of the school.
• Be the face of Sky International Preschool Tay Ho and the ‘go to’ person for the parents & teachers at the school.
• Be responsible for project management within the school of new ideas, new programs and further development of the Sky Brand.
• Work with the MD and DoE to ensure good financial health of Sky – Tay Ho School.

· Organize, communicate, attend, facilitate school events and workshops
