Hupan Yuntian Kindergarten is an international, high-standard early childhood education center located in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province—a modern, well-developed coastal city situated along the Yangtze River, near the East China Sea. The city is renowned for its clean environment, safety, and convenient access to major cities like Shanghai (approximately 1 hour by high-speed train).
Our kindergarten is uniquely positioned within a scenic park, providing a natural and inspiring learning environment for young children. We follow a "child-centered development" philosophy, integrating international teaching standards with immersive English education, nature-based experiences, and a multicultural learning community.
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Kindergarten Manager to oversee the daily operations, academic quality, and team development of our international kindergarten located in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for managing school affairs, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining educational standards, and fostering a positive, engaging, and safe environment for both children and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the kindergarten's daily operations
Supervise teaching staff, support their professional development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality education
Maintain positive communication with parents, providing regular updates on children's development
Implement and monitor safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
Collaborate with the leadership team to continuously improve the school environment, curriculum, and teaching methodologies
Report regularly to the Chinese owner and handle administrative tasks as required
Proven experience in managing a kindergarten or early childhood education center
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to communicate in basic Chinese (for reporting and daily coordination with Chinese owner)
Passion for early childhood education and fostering a nurturing learning environment
Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field preferred
