NES Conversational English Teachers for Primary/Elementary Students

LOCATION: Dusitwittaya School, Ban Pong, Ratchaburi, Thailand

START DATE: Early June

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Native English speaker holding a passport from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa

• Compassion, motivation, and a genuine dedication to the growth and well-being of children

• Strong sense of teamwork and respect for the Thai working environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct engaging conversational English classes in a supportive and positive learning environment

• Develop course outlines for each lesson (lesson plans not required)

• Administer individual oral assessments each semester

• Assist in training students for academic and extracurricular competitions

• Support the English Department in organizing school events (e.g., Christmas, Academic Day)

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Teaching load: 16-20 hours per week (equivalent to 20-24 fifty-minute periods)

BENEFITS:

• 35,000-40,000 THB/month

• Work permit and visa extension fees supported by the school

• 7+ weeks of paid holiday annually in addition to Thai national holidays
