Job Description

Compass Education is an English center specializing in providing native teachers for public schools in HCMC under the English Intensification Program.

 What You’ll Teach:
• IELTS + Math & Science (Primary level)
• Students: Primary (6–11 y.o) & Secondary (12–15 y.o)
• Public school classes: ~35–40 students/class
• Weekly hours: 15–20 hours
• Contract: Minimum 9 months

 What You’ll Do:
• Deliver fun, interactive, and effective lessons
• Design & prep lessons that keep kids engaged and learning
• Work closely with our Academic & Admin team for smooth class operation
• Receive feedback & support from our Academic Advisor to grow your teaching skills

 You’re the right fit if you:
• Are a native English speaker (European passport holders preferred)
• Hold a teaching cert: TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.
• Have a university degree (ideally in Education or related)
• Own a personal laptop for class prep
• Are based in/near Bình Thạnh, Tân Bình, or Nhà Bè
