Busy Bees Preschool in Cau Giay, Hanoi is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-time Homeroom Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about working with young children and creating engaging, nurturing learning environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for a homeroom class of young learners

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities

• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment

• Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development

• Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and academic staff

• Communicate effectively with school management and parents when required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Early Childhood Education major preferred)

• TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certificate and a pedagogical certificate

• Excellent English proficiency (native speakers preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience with young learners

• Creative, caring, responsible, and team-oriented personality
