Essential

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised academic institution.
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, QTS or equivalent).
• Strong pedagogical knowledge of early childhood education.
• Understanding of UK safeguarding and child protection protocols.
• Demonstrable commitment to professional development.
• Strong ICT and organisational skills.
• Experience supporting pupils of all abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Desirable

• Experience in UK Independent Schools or British International settings.
• Knowledge of international EY accreditation or inspection frameworks.
• Experience with educational technology such as iPads.
