Location: Linkou, New Taipei City, Taiwan

Eco Kids Academy is seeking passionate and professional native English-speaking teachers to join our team! We follow the Reggio Emilia Approach and are looking for educators who can bring creativity, consistency, and genuine care into our full-English early childhood classrooms.

Hours & Schedule

• Full-Time Position: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day (plus a 1-hour lunch break).

• Teaching Hours: Only 20 hours per week!

• Prep Time: Ample paid office hours for lesson planning, Reggio Emilia documentation, and collaboration.

 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: NT$65,000 - $70,000 / month (based on education and experience)

• Bonus: NT$1,000 perfect attendance bonus

 Requirements

• Native English speaker

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• TEFL, CELTA, certTESOL, DELTA, or valid teaching license (preferred)

• Min. 1 years of teaching experience strongly preferred (especially in early childhood or in Taiwan)

• Ability to lead child-led inquiry classes, use engaging ESL activities, and maintain a high-energy, positive classroom.

 Student Age Group: 2 to 5 years old
