TeenUp is hiring native English speakers passionate about youth development to become online mentors for teenagers across Vietnam.

Role Highlights:
• Facilitate 1:1 mentoring sessions online
• Coach teens in life skills and emotional wellness
• Commit to 18 sessions/week (evenings/weekends)
• Earn $400–$1000/month (base + performance bonus)
• Enjoy flexible scheduling and full training support

 Ideal Candidate:
• Native English speaker
• Empathetic and skilled communicator
• Genuinely enjoys working with teens
• Background in education, mentoring, or coaching is a plus
