Job Description

Position: Part-time English Teacher
Location: Daan District, Taipei (near Daan Forest Park)
Salary: From NT$700/hour (based on experience)

Students

• Ages 4–12 years old
• Small class sizes of 3–8 students

Working Schedule

• 12–18 teaching hours per week with a fixed weekly timetable
• Potential for additional teaching hours based on availability

Available Teaching Slots

• Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Tuesday / Thursday: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM, plus Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Monday / Thursday: 1:20 PM – 4:20 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English lessons using the provided curriculum while incorporating creative teaching approaches
• Adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs and learning styles
• Foster collaboration, critical thinking, and active participation in the classroom
• Work closely with colleagues to support student development and school initiatives

Requirements

• Native English speaker (APRC holders highly preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of classroom experience teaching preschool-aged children
• Ability to differentiate instruction and support diverse learners
• Collaborative, proactive, and student-centered approach to teaching
