Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Trainer and Assessor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging face-to-face and online training sessions

• Assess student competency through practical and theoretical assessments

• Develop and update course materials to meet industry standards

• Ensure compliance with RTO standards and regulatory guidelines

• Mentor and support students throughout their learning journey

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in ECEC

• Training and Assessment Certification (TAE40122 or equivalent)

• Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in early childhood education

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Familiarity with LMS and online teaching platforms
