
We're seeking a skilled Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Trainer and Assessor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging face-to-face and online training sessions
Assess student competency through practical and theoretical assessments
Develop and update course materials to meet industry standards
Ensure compliance with RTO standards and regulatory guidelines
Mentor and support students throughout their learning journey
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in ECEC
Training and Assessment Certification (TAE40122 or equivalent)
Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in early childhood education
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Familiarity with LMS and online teaching platforms
