1. Job descriptions:
– Students : from 4 to 16 years old
– Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities and organized lessons with provided materials ( Lesson plan submission is not a requirement)
– Actively engage in professional development and performance management to ensure the level of teaching meets the learner needs and quality standards at Blue Diamond
– Motivate students to actively study to reach their outcome quickly and effectively
– Participate in program briefings/meetings/sharing sessions
– Maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues

3. Requirements
– Native English speakers : from UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Ireland, South Africa, etc
– Bachelors’ degree
– TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate

– A clean criminal record
– Adaptability, flexibility
