Job Description

iCamp Thailand is hiring an enthusiastic and energetic female camp counselor to join our international team. This is a full-time position involving both camp-based activities and office support work. During camp sessions, you’ll be working directly with children in an engaging, outdoor environment. Outside of camp periods, you'll assist with planning, preparation, and administration. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working with young people in a dynamic setting.
Salary is 25,000 - 45,000 dependent on qualifications, experience and additional skills.

Job description: 

• Lead & supervise activities during camp sessions
• Support planning, logistics, and admin work between camps
• Foster teamwork & camper engagement
• Be a reliable role model
• Assist with seasonal prep, team coordination, and event execution

Qualification:

• Native English speaker
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Energetic, positive, and great with kids
• Physically fit for long active days
• Previous experience in camps, childcare, or education (preferred)
