Job Description:

• We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage students in an online setting. The position requires a working time of 8 hours/day at the center (in Hanoi) and during which you will be responsible for:
• Developing and delivering engaging online English lessons to students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
• Creating lesson plans that align with the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Assessing and monitoring students' progress, providing feedback and support to help them improve.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and interaction.
• Utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.
• Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in language teaching.
• Collaborating with the teaching team to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (preferred).
• Previous teaching experience, especially in an online setting, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons.
• Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.
• Comfortable with technology and online teaching platforms.
