Job Description

Modulo Language School is seeking a Full-Time Native English Teacher to join our fast-growing team in Bangkok. This position focuses on evening and weekend teaching schedules, working mainly with adult learners as well as children and teenagers across mixed levels.

Lessons include General English, Business English, exam preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC), Phonics, and more. Most classes are private or small-group lessons (up to 8 students). Some corporate group classes may be larger.

Teaching Schedule

• Full-time position

• Evening and weekend availability required

• 5-day or 6-day workweek options

Compensation

• 410 THB per 50-minute private lesson (weekdays)

• +15% rate on Saturdays

• +10% rate on Sundays

• Small group lessons: up to 600 THB per class

• First-year average income: 45,000+ THB/month

• Second contract rate: 430 THB per private lesson

Responsibilities

• Teach private and small-group classes for adults, teens, and children

• Deliver lessons for General English, Business English, exam preparation, and phonics

• Participate in training and ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Native English speaker (Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, or Australia)

• Bachelor’s degree

• Teaching certification (CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL)

• Resident of Thailand or willing to relocate

• Availability to teach evenings and weekends

• Minimum 1-year contract commitment
