About Total Education:
Total Education is an innovative learning organization based in Villa B12, Ngoai Giao Doan, just 10 minutes from Tay Ho (West Lake area). We believe that meaningful learning happens through joyful connections, kindness, and creativity. Our programs are designed to help students develop gratitude, grit, growth mindset, and the 4Cs of 21st-century learning - communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity.

We are currently seeking part-time English educators who share our vision and passion for holistic education.

Position Overview:

• Location: Villa B12, Ngoai Giao Doan, Hanoi

• Start Date: ASAP

• Student Ages: 4–18 years old (Kindergarten to College)

• Schedule: Weekday evenings & weekends

• Class Size: 10–15 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons using Cambridge, National Geographic, and Pearson curricula.

• Personalize learning experiences to meet the diverse needs of students.

• Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and kindness.

• Collaborate with the academic team and participate in professional development sessions.

Requirements:

• A genuine love for children and teaching.

• Patient, cheerful, energetic, and responsible personality.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Teaching certification (DELTA, CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent; accredited online certificates accepted).

• Native English speakers for Kindergarten programs, and native-level English proficiency for higher levels (Elementary, Secondary, IELTS, and Adult classes).

• Ability to inspire creativity and lifelong learning in students.
