Job Description
Responsible for managing and coordinating teaching activities:
- Arrange the opening schedule according to the number of classes opened by the Admissions Department.
- Manage class progress and student status.
- Review the final exam plan and review the student's class promotion/retake plan with the class teacher.
Training quality management and control:
- Evaluate and ensure the quality of teachers' teaching activities.
- Teacher training and organization, selection of training partners to improve professional skills of training department.
- Prepare content and hold weekly training meetings.
- Arrange academic work for staff and review academic work progress.
- Monthly and quarterly teacher evaluation.
Program and curriculum management:
- Closely monitor teaching progress and note any shortcomings (if any) when implementing the program to have the most appropriate assessments and adjustments.
Student related jobs :
- Manage support and provide solutions from teacher and academic reports throughout the student's time at the center.
- Manage and provide solutions to other arising situations that teachers cannot handle (complaints, questions from parents, students...).
Make quarterly reports and submit to the Department of Education as required.
