We are looking for passionate and dedicated Online English Teachers to join our team. As an online teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering engaging English lessons and conducting teaching-related administrative tasks.
• Collaborating with the academic team to plan lessons, prepare materials, and develop resources.
• Assessing students’ progress, marking assignments, and providing constructive feedback on speaking and writing.
• Monitoring and tracking student performance against key learning objectives based on the current curriculum.
• Reporting on student progress to the Student Success Team, offering insights to support their development.
• Upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism, strong work ethic, professionalism and effective communication while working collaboratively with the team.
• Managing online classes efficiently, with a focus on classroom control and student engagement. Experience with larger classes (between 12 and 25 students) is a plus.

Job Requirements:

• Having a quiet room for teaching, good Internet connection and computer that is powerful enough to host Zoom calls of meeting with up to 25 people. Good webcam and microphone quality.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience teaching General English to teenagers. A strong background in Test Preparation (IELTS) is a plus.
• TESOL (120 hours), CELTA certification, or a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English Language Teaching or other relevant fields.
• IELTS score of 8.0+ (with no individual band below 7.0) for candidates that do not come from an English speaking country. Teachers from English speaking countries without IELTS certificates might be invited to take an IELTS test of 4 skills with the academic team.
• Proficiency in office tools with the ability to adapt quickly to other various online teaching tools.
• Being highly responsible for students' attendance, learning progress and final results.
• Strong work ethics, including punctuality, professionalism, and reliability.
• Confidence, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Available for time-sensitive tasks, such as substitution teaching or providing extra marking and tutoring for students preparing for exams.
• A passion for language learning and a desire to grow in a long-term teaching career.
• Availability on weekday evenings and weekends (daytime) GMT+7 (Vietnam Time).
