Job Description

An international school in Qingdao is hiring qualified and experienced educators for the upcoming academic year. We welcome native English speakers and exceptional non-native candidates with strong professional backgrounds and a passion for international education.

Position Overview:

• Location: Qingdao, China

• Institution Type: International School

• Position: Classroom Teacher (Grades Pre-K to 9)

• Student Age Group: 3 – 15 years old

• Start Date: August 2025

• Nationality Requirement:
  ▪ Native speakers preferred
  ▪ Outstanding non-native speakers with relevant qualifications are welcome

• Visa Type:
  ▪ Teaching Visa for native candidates
  ▪ Management Visa available for non-native language teachers

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 20,000 – 27,000 RMB/month (pre-tax)

• Housing Allowance: 1,500 RMB/month (negotiable)

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:50 AM – 5:10 PM

Additional Benefits Include:

• Double weekend holidays (Saturday & Sunday off)

• Full pay during winter and summer holidays (approx. 10 weeks total)

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience

• Prior experience with IB curriculum is strongly preferred

• Strong classroom management and communication skills
